I've always wanted to learn how to "cocoa paint". Since I'm still in school, the last term was all about "Cake Decorating" & guess what? Our Instructor, Chef Lucinda Larson Olds taught us the art of "Cocoa Painting" & I am hooked. I love this medium as I don't have to worry about colors clashing. Here are a few of the ones I've already done.....love it, love it, love it.
This was my 1st attempt at cocoa painting. I loved it & I was hooked.
This was the piece I took to the ICES Convention in San Diego. It's a painting of my kitty, Monroe that I had for 12 years. Then I added some gum paste flowers, berries & foliage to make it a 3D piece.

This is "Baker". Chef Kim asked our class if someone could do one, of his chocolate Lab & of course I couldn't resist but to offer. I'm glad I didn't disappoint him.
So here they are..........I'm offering classes on anything you see on my web-site. I'll be holding regular classes soon. Please send me an e-mail for further information.
