I hold group classes on set topics and also give private lessons where you will receive specific instruction based on a topic of your interest.

Students can pay in Full at time of Registration or each student must submit 20% of the tuition as a Non-Refundable Deposit at the time of registration. This will guarantee your seat. Balance of tuition is due two weeks before class starts.

CLASSES OFFERED FOR:
~How to make EUROPEAN DESSERT CAKES that have 3-7 layers of yumminess.
~How to make the DIFFERENT ICINGS & FONDANT
~How to cover a cake with BUTTERCREAM & FONDANT
~How to do BASIC CAKE DECORATING in three, 2 hour classes, each will cost $30/-
~How to decorate your CAKE with BUTTERCREAM, FONDANT & GUMPASTE DECORATIONS
~Colour-Washed Cake Coverings
~Some supplies will be provided & before the course is over, you'll have the chance to buy your own supplies.
~ I will take you on a field trip to help you to purchase the right tools. This will be part of the fees for any of the class

BASIC, INTERMEDIATE & ADVANCED PIPING CLASSES
Piping is Piping, however you look at it. Once you've learnt how to pipe, you can apply it to anything, for example, Cakes of any size, CupCakes, Cookies, & others.... So come & learn the Basics & we can go from there.
Classes are $30/- , $40/- & $50/- respectively for a 2 hour class. So get in touch with me to schedule a class & I'll let you know what supplies you need to bring. Some of the supplies will be provided.

PETIT FOURS
In this class, cake will be provided & you'll be taught how to fill, glaze & decorate the Petit Fours. This
class is a combination of demonstration and hands on practice
of the techniques. You will take home a variety of decorated Petit Fours. All Recipes & supplies are provided.
Cost of Class: $50/- ( 3-hour Class)
GUM PASTE CLASSES:
Gum Paste Class 1
~Introductory Programme to show the student how to make gum-paste, how to use it to make life-like flowers, color & steam it. 4 flowers will be taught in a four hour class. Stephanotis, Lily of the Valley( my style), Sweet Peas, & their foliage.
Class Cost: $125.00

Gum Paste 2
~I'll teach you a few more complicated flowers.... Calla Lily, Freesia, Alstroemeria Lily & their foliage. This will be a four hour class.
Class Cost: $150.00

~A more complicated series of flowers for the advanced artists. 4 more detailed flowers... Rose, Magnolia, Hibiscus, Daffodil & Tulip with their leaves.

~I also teach you how to make ROSES, LILY OF THE VALLEY, FEW FILLER FLOWERS without cutters.

~Orchids: $45/- for each orchid, as it is a more complex flower.

~Minimum for class is 2-4 students & maximum of 6-8 students. I also teach one on one as sometimes schedules don't permit us to be able to meet in a group. Prices might be a little higher for that.

French Macarons ($90/- 3 hr Class)
Ready to be baked Out of the oven
Join me as I show you how to make these delicate Parisian cookies. This intense class will focus on the technique of making Macarons and how to create enticing flavor combinations for fillings.
In this class you'll learn how to make Basic French Macarons & 2 different fillings.
- Whipped Ganache
- Salted Caramel
All supplies & Recipes are included.
You will be taught the correct way to "Cocoa Paint" on a Pastillage or Gum-paste placque. At the end of the day you'll leave with a finished piece.
FIGURINES, CARTOONISH OR LIFE-LIKE (Class cost $80/-)

In this 4-hr class you'll learn how to make a cartoonish and life-like animal. At the end of a 4-hr class you'd have learned to make an animal or two depending on your speed.
